ABOUT

Lincoln Lewis and Clark Sewer District located at 24 Gehring Ranch Road Lincoln, MT 59639 was established in 1980. We are a small three pond facultative lagoon system that does natural turnover treatment throughout the three ponds. Our ponds mainly receive grey water that is sent to our ponds with the use of lift stations placed through the town of Lincoln.

Part of our services include tank pumping of residential and business/commercial of solid matters that is transported back to our facility and spread and tilled as fertilizer on a field. As well as we irrigate 40 acres of the treated grey wastewater that is pumped from the lagoon ponds, where we are helping provide a source of feed for elk, deer and occasional moose to graze.

Our services also are assisting with local general contractors and plumbers of placing and installation of tank and septic lines. Locating of existing underground septic lines. Remember before you dig call 811 or 800-424-5555.

Our services only include septic wastewater line leaving the house or building to the septic tank then to the mainline that travels under the street. If you are having issues or problems inside the house please call a plumber. We are not responsible for plumbing issues inside or underneath the house, such as leaky or broken pipes, toilet backups or sink draining issues. We will gladly assist the plumber especially if the problem leads from the house to the septic tank. If you noticed your lid is severely broken or cracked or you had an oops and broke it by driving over your tank lid please call us to have it replaced for safety reasons.

If you smell septic or a plumber believes theres an issue involving the underground septic line and septic tank will come out and we will inspect the clean out and inside the tank. The problem can be easily fixed by us just pumping out any raw septic material from the tank or snaking the underground pipe to break up a clog or worst case scenario would have to transport our pressure washer and power wash the line; this is common especially in the winter months due to frost build up inside the pipe because like grease and food byproducts buildup created in the line. We DO NOT RECOMMEND pouring down sink or flushing of any cooking oil or grease or large chunks or peels of food byproducts this can create several problems and issues to the inside of your home plumbing system as well as issues to the septic pipe and tank and could cost you lots of money for many repairs or replacements. So please be mindful of what you are pouring or flushing down drain!

LINCOLN LEWIS & CLARK SEWER DISTRICT is also involved in the community by sponsoring our local Lincoln Public School, Lincoln Rodeo held during 4th of July weekend, (Brandi not sure what other organizations we sponsor but i feel this is important to show we are apart of the community and community events)
